This coat is perfect for a Minnesota winter. I'm 5'4", 170 lbs and size XL is long sleeved for me. Other than that, it fits perfectly and those long sleeves that fall over my arms really help me with that. You see, this coat is WARM. Very warm me wore it with my snowsuit while walking through two snow storms here in minnesota and had to unzip and finally take off my coat because i was really sweaty his hands were sweaty in his ribbed pockets i had to take them out and the long ones Drop sleeves over it. I hate wearing gloves and this technical disadvantage is actually a plus for my hands. You can see where my breath is on the edge of the faux fur hood. It's a nice deep hood that flares out a bit extends out my face and keeps my face out of the cold air.Word of warning though.The hood limits my peripheral vision a bit and falls a little over my eyes en when not buttoned at the base. I would recommend this coat to anyone who lives in a very cold area.
