I got this for a project that I knew would involve numerous compound cuts on a miter saw and I ended up using it just as often as I did before. I've seen care like that. A few tenths of a degree in either direction is perfectly acceptable accuracy for my purposes, and being able to pull this little man out to quickly measure angles at all stages of my process proved extremely handy. Magnets provide a secure hold when you need it, and being able to read from each face of the device is a nice touch.
