Great product. It just can't handle mold/allergens/spores in my house. I love Boneco air filters. They are inexpensive and well made. (I still had the original filter for about 15 years but I couldn't find the filter. I wish they never got rid of it because it got really weakened with these irritants. Realize 💁 I really didn't want to return it. but How I did said it just couldn't handle the bad allergens that were inundated with my conditioner 🤦🏻
