I have one of these from Petco and it's great!
I use this in my hamster's giant sand bath and it's fast and very durable. I used to use a cheap food strainer, but it broke easily and was smaller. I decided to invest and I'm glad I did - this thing seems to last at least 5 years. Hole sizes are ideal for catching dirt and letting sand through. I used it to sift 35 pounds of sand so I don't see any volume issues. I recommend!
