This Design and Drill set has four pieces that need to be put on the T-Rex, nine bolts, a screwdriver and stickers. Some of my younger preschoolers found it difficult to manipulate the small screwdriver correctly. They needed to use their fingertips in order to participate. More appropriate for the ages of 4-6. Once completed, the T-Rex has movable arms and legs and can sit and stand independently, A nice fine motor and fine motor planning activity. The stickers don’t add much.
- My son just turned 4 and he plays with this a lot. He takes it apart and puts it together quite a bit.
- May require supervision to ensure proper assembly and disassembly
