Very robust construction compared to what they have online and the good ones are sold out or discontinued.It has an anti shine light which does not reflect on whatever I have under it also keep in mind to have that goose neck on the base straight 2 inches as it is not to damage the lap for a greater life span.In short I can say this is one of the good ones.
