Review on HP Cartridge CN684WN Officejet Photosmart by Sam Thorpe

Put this cartridge in my printer to replace one that was almost dead. That does not work! Nothing! Print head cleaning and print check done and both times NO BLACK INK! I took out the cartridge and ran my thumb over the head of the cartridge and there was barely a black mark on my finger. Comparing this cartridge head to the one I had removed and it was visibly dry compared to the old one which still had a small amount of ink in it. The new cartridge felt heavier than the old one, like it had ink in it, but it seemed dry. The expiration date wasn't earlier than 2021, so it hadn't expired.
