Doesn't work on my Xbox One

Pros: Compatible with: SwitchPS4XBox One Custom Key Mapping Cons: Not working for my Xbox One What I have in the package: 1 x DARKWALKER Fo217W Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Mouse Combo 1 x Dongle Adapter 2 x Charging Cables 1 x Sync Cable 1 x User Manual This DARKWALKER Fo217W wireless gaming keyboard mouse combo is designed for gamers who prefer a mouse and keyboard. So where do I start... Keep in mind that this keyboard has a slightly different key layout if you're already familiar with a standard keyboard. First of all the function keys. You will be moved by one position. Usually you will see the number [1] under the [F1] key. On this keyboard, the [2] key is below the [F1] key, and so on. While this isn't a deal breaker, it does make things harder once you're used to a certain setup. This keyboard/mouse seems like a decent combo. They are of good weight and appear to be durable. However, there are several issues that make it unusable. First, there are no instructions at all. For example, to set up an Xbox, this is a three-point guide. That is sufficient, but by no means everything. They do not offer troubleshooting if something is not working properly. Second, the mouse cannot be reconfigured using the delta key remapping tool. Third, the keyboard cannot be reconfigured using the Delta Key Remapper tool. because there is no link in the manual. That's why I couldn't download it. Fourth, there is no mention that this remapping tool is only compatible with Windows except in the manual AFTER you received the product. Even if you could download the app... it would work on a Mac... NO. This worked for the first two screens. Login screen, [A/X] key worked for login. Then the [A/X] key worked to enter the game I wanted to join. But after that... nothing worked. No mouse... no keyboard. I checked the dongle's connection to my PC and both worked fine. So they seem to work functionally. It just doesn't seem compatible with my Xbox, which it should work for. Also, you can ONLY use this product with the official standard Microsoft Xbox One controller that I have. This will also be another useful tip that can only be found in the manual after receiving the product. According to the manual, the manufacturer offers a 2-month free replacement and 12-month guarantee for this product. However, if you log into the site, it says you have 30-day free returns and 12-month free replacements for whatever reason. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I received this product in exchange for an honest review. In general, this product didn't suit me, and I tried for a couple of days to get it to work to no avail. Unusable for my system. I hope this information was helpful. [1 Star] This product is made in China.
