I received these pans at the end of May and didn't use them straight away. It's now the second week of July and the smallest pan already has scratches and burn marks. Tefal advertises that their product is scratch resistant and stays strong. It's not true if the frying pan is what I have. I haven't had any problems with other pans, but I use these for eggs. I contacted Tefal and via email the rep was very blunt with me and made it very clear that they would not replace a frying pan that is out of warranty. She then sent me to the website to review other pans and they all said the same thing about being scratch and stain resistant. I contacted them again and asked for a caregiver, which I have not heard from a caregiver, but it hasn't been that long. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this product because if they can't replace a pan or if the one pan you're going to use is often scratched and dirty in less than 2 months, just using the plastic spatula that comes with it is something not correct. I gave 2 stars for value because if the other two pans seem ok then they have had limited use and I'm not used to pans yet. But got bad customer service from T-Fal.
