I had LED bulbs in my lamps. I didn't like the color so it's okay they all burned out in a few months. On the other hand, they hold up very well. LEDs are supposed to be "perpetual lightbulbs", but they aren't. They fade way faster than these and the light color sucks too. I'm so glad we can still buy real halogen bulbs. If only we could buy regular Edison base incandescent bulbs - I have a couple of "GE" (fake I think) "Halogen" 43 watts and they were as bad as LED bulbs. besides, at least they had a good color.
