Review on Sunex 6622 22 Ton Hydraulic Truck by Pete Juarez

When I received this the original was smashed and Revane put another box on top. All height adapters, U-bolts for attaching the adapter bracket to the handle, and the handle screw were missing. Sunex told me I would have to return it and send me another one instead of just sending me the parts which I thought was pretty stupid. When I started the return process, Revain offered a partial discount and I kept the item. In the beginning it was 15% which I declined and then they offered 30% which I agreed to. But that was just the beginning of my nightmare with this product. As I used this to raise the front of my large truck, only 5.5 tons, hydraulic oil started leaking into the driveway. It was supposed to be the top brand and cost over $600 but didn't work as a top brand. Luckily I have a cheap 20 ton Harbor Freight bottle jack that lifts the front of my truck with no problem. I've always read good reviews about Sunex products, but the customer service and this socket made me look for other brands in the future. I will be replacing that jack with a NAPA jack so if I have any problems I can walk 5 miles up the road and take care of it.
