Review on TORCHSTAR 4 Inch 2700K/3000K/3500K/4000K/5000K Five Color Selectable by Jeremy Taylor

Overall I like the headlights and the overall construction deserves a 5 star rating. I had one of 14 bulbs that blew due to a bad driver in the junction box. I contacted Torchstar Support because I was past my Revain return period at the time of installation. The company confirmed that I was within the warranty period and went through the standard list of connector questions. The person on the phone didn't understand the electrical wiring, when I told them what I had already done to fix the problem it didn't lead to a dialogue but moved on to the next question on the list she was given. I ended up having to repackage and return the defective $11 product for a $13 guaranteed replacement flashlight. As I said, I'm basically satisfied with the product and would give it 5 stars, but the guarantee and possibly the quality control is questionable. Note: Be sure to check the list of acceptable dimmers. My local shop in a small town had a limited selection of dimmers which I installed to start with. They've been working on dimming the lights, but if you turn them off and on again they don't light up until you turn them on to full brightness and then turn them off again. When I replaced it with an approved dimmer it worked perfectly.
