It's easy enough that I can use it without my accountant or bookkeeper being with me at all times! The reports are very detailed so we know exactly how our money flows through each stage of an account-keeping process -- from cash received until check deposited into client accounts! There isn't much more than what was mentioned above but there were no problems encountered when working this software along side other applications such as Quickbooks Online/Pro Plus, Xero etc..
We have been able easily transfer funds between bank accounts using one click transfers!! This has saved us time because now instead of getting paid twice per month; once via direct deposit & then again after 2 weeks when receiving checks; they arrive together every two months. Our clients love seeing their "deposits" immediately added back onto invoices rather than having them wait 3 - 4 days before showing.
