Review on Amazon Basics 1/2-Inch Extra Thick Exercise Yoga Mat by Sal Muniz

I was having back problems and the standard yoga mat wasn't helping. It's very hard to find a thick yoga mat, a lot where just slightly thicker by 1/8 inch. So I was really happy to find this one. The thickness I love nice cushion for floor exercises, no complaints. Like that it come a carrying strap. The lines on the mat run vertically which can make for a slippery grip, I wish they were horizontally oriented. Also, I find my nails fingers and toes can cause scraps and chunks. Overall, a good mat and glad I purchased.
