Looks good, performs well, reasonably comfortable. In a nutshell, I like the shoe and how they performs in general wear and on the trail. As to sizing, the sizing is true but I ordered a half size bigger as in many cases, shoes can run a bit tight. Not so with these. At first I was a bit concerned as they slipped on too easily with room in the back heel but after tightening the laces the shoe felt snug enough with no slippage in the heel. With a little extra toe room I am still OK as I have worn 1/2 size bigger shoes before. If I ordered my exact size, I think I would still have ample toe room but I think the additional room can allow for heavier socks and a thicker, performance oriented after market insole which is what I would recommend for additional comfort although the stock insole isn't bad, it has its' limits after so many hours on one's feet.I never felt the shoe was too loose or unstable but going down hill my foot did move forward a bit. It was still safe enough but for maximum performance, order your exact size if downhill performance is of most importance, perhaps when climbing down steep surfaces. Still, it wasn't bad. So a half size difference affects performance minimally, IMO.Another nice feature was it came with a spare set of laces.something all shoe manufacturers should do.
