The ability for our salespeople (who have no computer skills)to complete forms very quickly with out any issues! It's easy enough so they can do it themselves without having me there every step along their journey through this program!! If you're looking at something like Aweber or Mailchimp then I would look elsewhere because these programs were not designed specifically as an email campaign management software - but rather just general platforms where people send emails in bulk etc- which isn't what we use them fo anymore now since moving over into leverage marketin g all together.

! They also don’t offer much customization if done via API integration either. You need someone who knows how things work inside AND outside your system before making recommendations/decisions about leveraging third party products vs doing everything yourself from scratch. !! This has been great though bcause my staff doesn; t know anything.
