I like that you can upload photos of your properties, along with details about them to keep everything organized in one place! It's not as user friendly if it comes down to searching for specific items or adding new features/amenities etc., but this may be due simply because we are still at an early stage when using their service compared to other providers available out there now (and likely will only become more so).

We have been able solve many issues related specifically around our clientele - especially those looking into purchasing vacation rentals / second homes while they're away from home during college breaks & summers :).
