The big problem is that it doesn't hold up when vacuuming and packing. Perhaps this is a feature of all vacuum cleaners. It is not lightweight and operating the vacuum cleaner with one hand is tiring. It only has one long connection hose to connect to the floor suction nozzle, which is more difficult for a small lady.
