Wren Natural Deodorant was recommended to me by a runner. I'm not sure if I was too stinky that day or what but she suggested it and I decided to give it a try. I have sensitive skin and no deodorant seems to work well enough to keep odors at bay without irritating my skin. I ordered the sensitive wren first and then the normal one. Both have worked very well for me. Yes, you should rub it in your armpits. It's not sticky or oily, has a great mild scent and keeps me dry. I apply it right after shaving and it doesn't sting at all. I highly recommend it! I've also tried Wren Facial Cleansing Grains and am a big fan of them too.
