Can't open it, disappointing
I can't write a review because I can't open it. I've asked the community how to open it but haven't received any replies yet. I tried just spinning but it's too small to get a good grip but I'm still not sure if it spins or not. I've tried turning both ways and upside down etc. What am I missing here? I must be missing something as I've seen a lot of reviews so there should be an easy way for people to find out what I'm not seeing.
