Great tool which covers your needs regarding Performance Management
The main thing i like about grosum is that it has all tools needed to create an effective performance management system, from goal setting through monthly or quarterly reviews of employees to yearly evaluation reports for managers/supervisor. I would have loved if there was some option in order not only display data but also give more options such as creating new goals together with users (especially team members). It's definitely one stop shop when you want everything under 1 roof! We can set up our own custom metrics using their templates so we don't need external help anymore and everyone knows what they are supposed to be measuring compared to other reporting systems outthere.
