Great product for the price. It's well made and I was surprised that the metallic lines and pop up drain were also included. I bought 3 of these, one for each of my bathrooms and have no regrets, but it's a townhouse and I'll end up renting it out. If this was the home I wanted to stay in long term, I honestly would have chosen a different product. Here's why: PSI is great, but the countertop sink can't empty the sink fast enough. The sink fills up very high and overflows if left on too long - say if you wash your face like I do. So instead I just let the drain run and of course that caused things to be thrown down the drain (obviously my fault for the inattention). This could have been avoided with a slow-flowing head, but I couldn't find a suitable one. Installing the faucet was easy, but draining it was more difficult due to the plumbing in my house and through no fault of this manufacturer. However, I don't recall seeing instructions on how to install a drain. I assume the plumbing of each sink may be slightly different. Overall this is a great product and I would highly recommend it. It's also nice to have a faucet that actually extends well beyond the sink and rotates! (these are little things). But poor drainage design that can't handle the large flow of water from the faucet is a little annoying, but not a deal breaker.
