Review on TopicaPlus by Mariqn Carey

It was easy to customize the template and the emails we sent looked great. Nothing, there were no downsides to TopicaPlus. I wish the reports were more robust. You could only export a limited amount of data. TopicaPlus was perfect to use for our small business. No one had to be on the phone which was a HUGE win. And we could do it ourselves! The customer service was great as well. We can have emails sent to us based on how people search the site. I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of our website where we use this software - but i do not think there are enough features in terms of reporting (it could be better) or integration with other programs such Google Analytics etc.. It was great when used together with MailChimp! We have now replaced all mailings sent by using topicalplus instead because they were more personalized than what has been possible before.
