Cheap materials, terrible phantek support for missing parts.
I bet there are much better cases out there, screw mismatch, missing SSD case and accessory box. I have sent more than 12 photos to support and will not send any missing parts. Bill (from Phantek) asks for photos of the box first, then the case, then the serial number, then the inside. all via email, they take their time to reply. 3 weeks and nothing happened. So I bought from Revain for another $50. If their support is that terrible for a couple of dull screws and 2 bent sheets of metal, I can't imagine what they would do with anything else. The box was intact, so this is not a Revain issue. Never again.
