The video looks fine on the test monitor, but the boxed output is compressed 80% vertically and has less noise. Confirmed that this is not related to the aspect ratio setting - they all show it. Looks like I have a bad box. I have contacted INOGENI support and have not received a reply. It's time to return. The support team contacted and offered to connect to find out what's happening with the device's firmware. I am impressed! Watch this space while the stars are allowed to rise.
