This radiator is ready to use and very easy to use. I just plug in the lower legs, plug it in, turn it on and twist the dial. Turn the knob halfway and the device will be hot after 5 minutes. I like that there is NO odor unlike personal space heaters. I also like that there is no noise. I can't even fall asleep at the slightest sound. It draws 700W which is half of my other heatsink.
