DETUCK Resistance Band Review

I recently tried out the DETUCK Resistance Band and have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the cushioned handles and door anchor are great features that make it easy to incorporate into my at-home workouts. However, the band itself did not seem to provide as much resistance as I was expecting, which was disappointing. While the band was marketed as suitable for physical therapy, I personally did not find it to be helpful in that regard. Additionally, I noticed that after just a few uses, the door anchor started to show signs of wear and tear, which concerns me about its durability. Overall, the DETUCK Resistance Band has its pros and cons. While it may not be the most effective for strength training or physical therapy, it is still a convenient option for some light resistance exercises at home.

Pros
  • Very good quality rubber and construction. Will purchase additional resistance bands from them again.
Cons
  • This band is OK but is quite expensive for what you get.
