I ignored the bad reviews. There was an error. Headphones have serious connection issues. I was excited to use them at the gym. But they turn on and off every second. This is very annoying. I played with them for half an hour during practice. waste of time. The only time the headphones worked was when I turned off one of the headphones. I also tried switching the headphones as the main one, but that didn't work. I updated the firmware. same problem. I contacted the manufacturer and the best suggestion was to unplug all my devices from my phone or return the product. I returned the product and had to repair all other devices. Thanks Plantronics. This product is a waste of time and money. Nothing against the Revain seller. You were wonderful. Delivered on time and returns were easy. This poor rating is solely for Plantronics. They released a product that doesn't even work. First and last buyer from the manufacturer.
