inexpensive metal star coating
The metal stars are chrome plated as the plating chips are VERY lighter than they should be if this was a quality product in my opinion. still good enough for everyday use, but not good enough for formal occasions.

- Nothing to dislike..everything was good, will buy again from walmart....appreciate "cha"....!
Cons
- The strap is not adjustable, so finding the perfect fit can be difficult.
