I have a 3 bedroom house with two Weimaraner dogs, so. Lots of short hair everywhere as well as dirt coming in through the dog door from the backyard. My floor is tiled and I have to vacuum every few days. When I'm busy I can't and the hair just piles up (wicked). I decided to try the robot hoover but didn't want to spend a lot of money only to find out it wasn't right for my family, so I stumbled upon this one (less expensive entry-level device). ). I LOVE it and all the work saves me. Worth the price and more. In fact, I think I'm totally SOLD by this concept and will be purchasing a more "advanced" one in the not too distant future. It's perfect?. No…. but for the price it's definitely worth it! Right now I'm loving my E31 and how it makes my life so much easier and saves time! Sometimes I'm so tired after work that the last thing I want to do is vacuum the house. I also felt the need for a quick touch with their customer service and was pleased with the level of service and timeliness. I didn't like that I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone and only had the option to send an email BUT their response was VERY FAST. Thank you OPODEE!
