Review on ULTRAIDEAS Women'S Comfy Coral Fleece Slippers: Memory Foam & Slip-On House Shoes For Indoor/Outdoor Comfort by Joyce Wright

This is the 2nd edit of my original review. I had an issue an issue with the first pair I ordered having a defect of the memory foam shifting after wearing for a short while and developing a lump. I had worn them and so didn't think I could return them and didn't bother contacting the company. I left a review here stating the problem. The company contacted me the same day on their own and bent over backwards to send me a new pair immediately, which seemed to be perfect at first, and I left another review saying that the slippers were very comfortable, which they are.Before I further review the product with an update on the second pair, I must say that I can't speak highly enough of this level of customer service and I commend the seller for how they handled my order. Unfortunately, the second pair has developed problems again after I've worn them for just about a week. I am a plus size woman, so maybe these slippers are just better for thin people, although I've been this size for a many years and never had slippers develop any similar problems. The thin fuzzy lining inside the slipper (that covers the memory foam) has already separated under the ball of my right foot.It appears that many people had good results with these slippers, so I am giving 3 stars although I can see that I will have to retire them sooner than later. Since they still feel good, I'll enjoy them while I can.
