I have been working in the home office since March 2020 and use my work laptop and an additional flat screen TV as a second monitor. Lately I've actually been dealing with a lot of eye strain towards the end of the day. This screen is one of many steps I'm taking to reduce that fatigue. So far so good with this screen. A couple of things - it's crystal clear with a blue tint. The crystal clear aspect causes some reflection depending on the lighting. Nothing more nothing less than a regular screen for the most part. I also took great care to buy the screen with the correct dimensions and it fits perfectly except for one size I didn't measure which is the lip that holds it to the screen! The lip is too narrow to fit through my TV. :( So I just left the styrofoam in the border and then glued it to the frame. It might not be that pretty but it's sturdy (my monitor is hanging on my wall). My living room is frankly a disaster with a home office and a home gym so a bit of foam if this screen works I was really surprised at how pristine this screen is.
