I bought this and another pair from the same seller for my kids. One pair arrived worn and dirty, the other pair looked ok until we tried them on and realized we had received 2 left shoes. When I tried to get a refund I was told that the pair that arrived dirty could not be replaced, only returned and the two left shoes would be replaced. We got a replacement and it's no surprise that the top and bottom of the toe separated, I mean the entire toe hook of the shoe was completely separated. Ebay will not replace or refund a second pair even though they were unusable so I wasn't ready for this pair. At the moment I have ordered new shoes from another seller, not Ebay. Save your money and don't buy these slippers. If they catch me twice, I tend to assume it's a permanent problem.
