I love how easy it is to use, there's nothing wrong with this software at all! Honestly that might be because of me being new to using an online tool but once you get used to everything its really nice having so many options for each question.

It allows us as team members to answer questions in real time which helps everyone stay focused especially when we have multiple projects going on at one time. The best thing about actioned was just knowing instantly what people were saying without them even asking if they could see their comment or not. This helped our customer service department immensely by reducing the amount of phone calls needed while also allowing more customers to respond faster than ever before.
