Update: I was contacted by the seller AboveTek and they did more than I expected. They replaced the original product with brand new packaging free of charge. They also apologized for sending an incomplete package. I also received a refund for my purchase which was very unexpected. Your direct attention to my review is very impressive. I believe this is a sincere and honest company. I will do business with them in the future if the situation arises. It's rare to find a third party at Revain that gets things right as quickly as AboveTek. Highly recommended. Like I said, the stand is very solid. I doubt I could bring it down if I tried. While it doesn't stretch very far, most tablets and all phones should fit very well horizontally. The base is heavy and should not tip over under normal use. Easily rotates from horizontal to vertical. Difficulty opening handles while holding onto something. It definitely won't let you hold the iPad Pro 10.5" horizontally. And if you have a case with an Apple Pencil holder, it won't work vertically either. I also DO NOT RECEIVE a separate camera mount with my product. I prefer it to myself don't know if it was a mistake or what but it's definitely not in the box it's very disappointing let's see if the supplier will contact me to correct this mistake.
