I like all aspects of this program; it is easy to use. The customer service department is also excellent! They help you with anything we needed or had questions about in order to keep us up to date with our account status. There wasn't really one thing i disliked. All was good. It's worth looking into because there aren't many options out here if your looking for something other than Ticketmaster. We were able to create multiple pages within our website allowing people who bought through their system as well those buying from outside sources access without having to pay another fee.
