I was looking for a new toaster because our old one was leaving crumbs all over the counter. I didn't think it would be so difficult to find a new one. After looking at dozens of different ones and reading many reviews, I settled on this smart toaster. As long as I like it! It has big slots and I like the pull out crumb tray. The digital display turns on when you press the button and then counts down how much time is left before the toast is ready. Setting 3 resulted in perfect light brown toast. The only thing I don't care about is that the cord comes from the bottom front of the toaster. I want it to come from behind. I think it's probably something to do with the digital display and as I really like that feature I can live with the cable coming from the front.
