Review on Tripod Falcon Eyes CinemaPRO VT-1800H, black by Adam Sterlinski ᠌

I do not advise buying this product, there is nothing to praise here.

I highly recommend this tripod. I don't know about the others, but this one is bad. The first came with a marriage: the tripod head cracked when tilted. It's good that they returned the money. sent it back right away. I ordered it elsewhere, at first everything was fine, but after two months the tripod head just cracked and fell into two parts at the moment when I installed the camera. By the way, I always treat all equipment and all accessories very carefully, but it’s just trash . It’s still good that I managed to hold the camera. In short, the tripod head is made of Deshman material. The manufacturer immediately refused to change or somehow compensate for this case. The answer was "Mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty" and this given that the tripod is exclusively used mechanically. This is its main task - mechanical use. I wonder what kind of actions the manufacturer's warranty covers then? For example, if he sank on the Titanic, or did he burn out in a fire? Well, in short, you decide whether to take or not to take. If you care about the camera, then look at another manufacturer.

Pros
  • Appearance. Legs.
Cons
  • The first purchase with a marriage, the second - a break in the tripod head. Refusal of the manufacturer to change the product under warranty.
