In short, the tripod head is made of Deshman material. The manufacturer immediately refused to change or somehow compensate for this case. The answer was "Mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty" and this given that the tripod is exclusively used mechanically. This is its main task - mechanical use. I wonder what kind of actions the manufacturer's warranty covers then? For example, if he sank on the Titanic, or did he burn out in a fire? Well, in short, you decide whether to take or not to take. If you care about the camera, then look at another manufacturer.
