The setup form will ask you to enter the dog's name first and then the phone number. But when you put the collar around your pet's neck, the phone number becomes unreadable. So I just ordered a second one with the info upside down - my phone number is FIRST, then her name. She is quite shy and very difficult to catch. So if someone finds her, they might only have a second to look at the number before she runs away and hides (an extremely fast runner). What's the point of having a collar that renders the ph number unreadable until you take it off and loosen it so you can see the last 4 digits clearly? I would suggest the vendor swap out the fields for customization - it just makes sense. The most important part is your phone number, unless it's just a cosmetic collar. Then all you need is the dog's name. :)
