Terrible Investment for Computer Geeks
As a passionate computer geek, I looked into buying blue light blocking glasses to protect my eyes from computer screens. Unfortunately, these glasses were a complete waste of money. Yes, they blocked some of the blue light, but they were uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time and distorted the colors on my computer screen. I wouldn't recommend to avid computer users.
