Very helpful to keep track and organize Applicants efficiently !
I like how easy it was for me as an applicant (as well as my recruiter) see all of our applications in one place with links back if needed! It's great because we are able use this application from anywhere at any time through out day or week without having multiple tabs open!! There isn't anything really bad about PandO IQ but there could be some features added/changed soon such as being allowed upload files other than pdfs which would make things easier when looking thru resumes quickly during busy times etc.. My only suggestion might have something related too uploading documents instead just PDFS since they aren’t allowing us yet? Just trying new ways now so not sure what will work best eventually though :) We were using 3 different programs before then switching over completely once hiring season started up again after COVID19 happened earlier last year & had been searching around online until finding Pandoiq where everything seemed very.
- Very user friendly interface, ability to check applicants information even those currently employed elsewhere easily by simply clicking right above profile picture!!! Also extremely convenient that you can apply anytime 24 7 hours no matter your availability unlike most employers who require applying 1 hour prior job posting start ! Great way overall especially considering many companies seem almost unapproachable sometimes due their complicated systems requiring long detailed searches across various websites making impossible to view info fast
