Review on Wi-Fi signal amplifier (repeater) Wi-Fi Amplifier PRO, black by Micha Dziubiski ᠌

Not at all what I expected.

I needed to buy it because the signal in my apartment did not travel very well to the more distant rooms. And when I installed the repeater in this room, the signal started to reach, but even in the mi home program itself, it said that the signal level was low, so I continued to look for a better solution. After that, I began conducting tests to determine in which room the repeater would be able to pick up a strong signal from the router and so extend its reach. As a consequence of this, I discovered a section of the program in which it was said that the signal strength was satisfactory and that the signal would be able to reach the phone located in the outer room. But despite this, the Internet connection was slow; for example, if I go to the router, my application will download in thirty seconds; however, if I do this in the final room using a repeater, it will take approximately five minutes. It was discovered that although the repeater extended the coverage area, the Internet connection was slowed down to the point where it was functionally equivalent to the situation that existed before the installation of the repeater.

Pros
  • inexpensive price
Cons
  • The signal's reach is expanded thanks to the repeater, but the Wi-Fi's strength is diminished as a result.
