Excellent quality product. Seals well. Simple proof. Almost exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the bags were smaller than I thought (my mistake for not checking the measurements). Shortly after I bought the bags, I received an email from the company asking me if I liked the product, if I have any problems and how to contact them if necessary, and so on. I emailed them about my problem (didn't really expect much response) and asked if I could return them and exchange them for larger bags. The same day (I think just a few hours later) they emailed me and apologized and said they didn't have larger bags at the time but regretted they weren't what I expected and weren't wanted me to get you. Paying for a product that wasn't "perfect" for me. So they told me to keep the bags (hope I could find a use for them) and gave me my money back! Glory to Impresa products! This is customer service now! Many Thanks. I look forward to future business with your company.
