The only thing that is certain is that it came in the expected royal blue. My 22 month old son wears 18 month old shirts and usually 2T shirts are too big. This is a little guy weighing 25 pounds. When it arrived it barely fit, but after washing it shrank so much that it was impossible to wear. It's rough and I felt awful even wearing it on him because I would never wear a t-shirt that felt so rough myself. Essentially you get what you pay for I think. Definitely 1.5 times the normal size and don't buy if you like softer shirts.
