I bought these because not only are they a lot cheaper but they fit in my cat holder. Trying to find refills for this holder was a lot harder than I thought, but these fit nicely. My cats love these scratch mats and even lay down on them. Despite scratching them most of the day, these scratches don't shed as much as some of the others I've bought here or locally. What I like about them is that they also help with my cats' hair and are easy to clean even with cardboard and fur scraps. The great thing about them is that they come in a box to store leftover scratching boards.
