It's a little expensive but very well built.1. includes UL2 certification labels. Including cable strain relief3. includes surge protection4. feels solid when mounted on my end table.5. good, long power cord.6. includes a pair of USB charging ports (approximately 3 amps total)7. Insured for $20,000 against damage to the product in the event of lightning and network connected equipment failure. Overall, I am VERY happy with this plug (and USB charger). I compared it to another product that was $2 less and it was way better. I'm keeping this Tripp-lite TLP31OUSBC 3-Output USB Power Strip and returning another one that had no strain relief, visible surge protection, UL certification, and a seller who appeared to be making false and misleading claims. (I could be wrong, but a few bucks more is my pick.) This is the second one I've bought.
