Review on 🧀 YOSHIKAWA Oro Grater by Katty Berlingo

Love it, my wife wanted one because she saw a Japanese cooking manual that used it. The quality is amazing and the teeth are very sharp. It's really easy to hold and use. The only tricky part is when the subject of your grid gets really small. I find it easy to clean but I have reservations about cleaning it with a sponge. I love it and would recommend it to others. The finish is great, looks like a solid piece of metal and the weight is decent so the grate has some weight.
