This is a very good training bra for the price! I agree with other reviewers that it is made of a very soft material! The planting is very good! The embroidery is beautiful and small. I love padding! Very convenient! In terms of height, I'm 6ft 3" and wear a bra size 36B. I ordered size XL and it works perfectly! It won't be a long tank top on a longer torso, but it will work great as a training bra. The color is white, there are no drafts. Narrow straps don't dig into your skin, which is nice! I wear it all day and it's so comfortable I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. :) I recommend washing and drying it on gentle cycle so it keeps its shape. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a training bra!
