Review on CIIHON by Paul Mac

Being a car guy, I was psyched to find CIIHON, an online shop that promised premium auto lighting components. Unfortunately, I have not had a positive encounter with their products. The first problem is that the website's product listings frequently mislead. I bought a pair of headlights that were supposed to be "bright and long-lasting," but they weren't either. Poor visibility at night was caused by the headlights' inability to adequately highlight the road ahead. Second, they consistently deliver low-quality goods. After only a few usage, the off-road lighting kit I bought broke. Lights were not as bright as promised, and wiring was sloppy. When I needed help, I contacted customer support, but they were unhelpful and unresponsive. When I attempted to return the defective items, I ran into roadblocks and delays. Their return procedure was complicated, and it took them weeks to issue a reimbursement. In general, I was dissatisfied with CIIHON. Their merchandise is of dubious quality, their descriptions are deceptive, and their support staff is unhelpful. If you're searching for dependable and high-quality car lighting accessories, I wouldn't suggest CIIHON.
