I've been using these for many years and have recently bought them for the morning when I have puffy eyes from poor sleep the night before. I gave one to my mother in law and she is obsessed too so I bought more for her and her friends. It helps with puffy and dark bags under your eyes, it's so refreshing and chilling and almost like caffeine for your nights. Great value for money I would highly recommend and easy to put in your purse for daytime use or great for flights and travel for a little refreshment.
